Lake Forest is where ProHome lives — our office is on Commercentre Drive — and the city's housing is the work we know best. The core neighborhoods went up in the 1970s and '80s back when this was El Toro: mature tree-lined tracts, the Lake Forest Keys homes around the lakes, and Sun & Sail Club communities, plus the newer Baker Ranch and Portola Hills areas. Most of the original tracts are now on their second or third owner and overdue for their first true remodel.
